This exclusive residence, located next to the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo in a fully pedestrianised area, brings together leading luxury brands and a selection of outstanding restaurants in a haven of greenery.

Designed by Sir Richard Rogers, architect and urban planner (One Hyde Park, London), winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize and associate of Monaco architect Alexandre Giraldi, One Monte-Carlo offers 37 prestigious apartments ranging from 2 rooms to a 6 room triplex with rooftop terrace and private pool, all with stunning views of Place du Casino, gardens, sea, Port and Prince's Palace.

The interior architecture is the work of the agency 4BI & Associates, Bruno Moinard and Claire Bétaille. Like an ode to the Monaco lifestyle, these apartments have been entirely designed with a luxurious, pure and modern style.
